In with the new

So old media wasn't always old. With constant changes and evolution to technology, new things come out making something that was new media, become old. So what do we look for the differences in old and new... hm. I guess for our generation (although probably true for past generations too) new media is mainly the better way of sharing information the quickest. So for example, books were once new media. The printing press was created and all was wondrous! Yay! But as time passed, quicker way of getting information through were created like newspapers or fliers. Then when electronics came around, new media started evolving quicker than ever. We now have things like blogs that act like journalism or e-books to replace going to the library.
